Patricia Bukur is an multi-media painter, poet and is currently working on a documentary on healing called, “Voices From Within.”
Patricia’s art career began at the age of 16 when she won the National Scholastic Art Award. She went on to have many exhibitions in shows around the world including “Artists Examine the Environment” hosted by the United Nations. “Artists Examine the Environment toured Europe and South Africa for over one year. She has participated in group shows at the Aspen Art Museum since 1998 and had a one person show at Metaphor Gallery in Aspen Highlands in 2002. Her art is in collections in the US and Europe.
Patricia’s poetry and art book, “The Space Between” will be published in 2012 and includes a compilation of poetry, journal notes, artwork and psychological explorations. She is currently studying at Pacifica Graduate School in the MA/PhD in Depth Jungian Psychology. Patricia teaches workshops and engages with private students on a yearly basis. Her upcoming workshop is entitled “Dreams and Art: an exploration into the symbolic language of sleep” to be held in June 2012 in Aspen, Colorado.
